Thank you for choosing Artykraft. We’re so excited for you to receive your kit and start creating. Every order is carefully checked, packed, and handed over to our courier partner so it reaches you safely and ready to create.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.
Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for dispatch and handed over to our shipping partner. You will receive an order update once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, new launches, promotional sales, festive seasons, or high order volumes. If there is a significant delay in preparing your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,500.
Orders below ₹1,500 may include a standard shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
We work with our shipping partners to get your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible..
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days for metro cities.
For non-metro locations, remote areas, or service-restricted pin codes, delivery may take 7–10 business days or more, depending on the courier partner’s serviceability, location, order volume, or external conditions.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
Tracking updates are managed by the courier partner and can usually be viewed directly on their tracking website.
Incorrect Details
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and delivery details are correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address details provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello.artykraft@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if anything is missing, please email us at hello.artykraft@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos and videos of the package and product.
We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
