At Artykraft each DIY diamond painting kit is made to order just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We create every kit based on the design you choose, rather than holding ready-made inventory, so we hope you understand that we can’t restock or resell these items.

We take great care in every step of our process to ensure you receive the highest quality custom diamond painting kit. Before placing your order, we request you to kindly review your design choices, specifications, and all details carefully.

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery at hello.artykraft@gmail.com, along with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work with you to make it right.
